How Top 10 Conveyancing is funded
Top 10 Conveyancing is free to use. When you ask for quotes through our form, we pass your request to conveyancers who cover your area. We may be paid by a firm for those introductions. That's how the site pays for itself.
What payment never buys
- A place on a list, or a higher position. Rankings are editorial and follow our method. No firm pays to be listed or ranked.
- A way around our checks. We only send quote requests to firms that meet the same licence and reputation standards as everyone on our lists.
- Any say over what we write. Firms don't see or approve their write-ups before they go up.
Calling a firm directly
You don't have to use our quote form. Every listing shows the firm's own phone number and website, and calling them direct costs you nothing extra.
