Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Top 10 Conveyancing collects when you use this website and how we handle it. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

  • Quote requests. If you ask for quotes, we collect your name, phone, email, the suburb and type of property, whether you're buying or selling, and anything you add in the message box.
  • Messages. If you use the contact form, we keep your message and contact details to reply and to keep a record of the request.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

How we use and share it

We use a quote request to match you with conveyancers who cover your area, and we share your details with those firms (usually up to three) so they can contact you with a quote. We don't share it with anyone else, we don't sell it, and we don't add you to marketing lists. Once a firm has your details, its own privacy policy applies to how it uses them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Third-party services

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, form emails are sent through Resend, and usage statistics come from Google Analytics. These services may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Links to other websites

Listings link to firms' own websites. Once you leave Top 10 Conveyancing, their privacy policies apply.
